I provide individual therapy services via telehealth to residents of Massachusetts. I work with clients 18 years of age and older. I utilize a HIPAA-compliant platform for my video sessions. I do not provide in person sessions at this time.

I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Stress Management and Mindfulness Practices.
CBT is a well-researched and highly effective mode of treatment for many mental health concerns. CBT helps to better understand and shift thought patterns that contribute to difficult emotions and problematic or undesirable behaviors.
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.. Establishing a regular mindfulness practice can help to improve both mental and physcial health.
